"BOILER-KLEEN
#750" is designed specifically for the
low pressure, steam boiler. Scale is prevented with proper treatment
levels, and existing scale is gradually removed. Special chemical
chelate action is the secret of "BOILER-KLEEN
#750" success. Water minerals are
chemically bonded, then carefully released into flowable conditioned sludge
phase that is easily removed from the boiler with normal blowdown practice.
Proper treatment is a 12 reading on Davies boiler test tape, while maintaining a total dissolved solid of 1500-2000 ppm. "STOP-RUST" and "NO-PIT" are compatible with "BOILER-KLEEN #750", and aid in treatment of dissolved oxygen and return line corrosion respectively. Specific treatment level can only be set with the use of the test tape; however, a good starting point would be one gallon treatment per 1000 gallons of water. Distriutor inquiries are welcome. |
