LUBE - ALL
Food Grade Silicone
Heat-Stable Release Agent

Meets All Federal Standards

When applied according to prescribed regulations, this product can be used in contact with fresh, frozen, cooked, or baked food products.  Use on such equipment as ovens, freezers, conveyors, belts, and chutes.  Proper use of "LUBE-ALL" minimizes clean-up time, speeds equipment disassembly, stops sticking and binding, protects equipment, and increases production.

Use as a lubricant, release agent, water repellent, protective coating and polish.  The dry silicone film is non-flammable, colorless, odorless, non-staining, wax less and heat-stable; unaffected by temperatures ranging from - 40 degrees C (-40 degrees F) to over 200 degrees C (392 degrees F).  Use on cool ovens only.  Avoid spraying pilot light.

Ends "poly build-up" on surfaces such as mandrels, transfer chutes, and guide rails on paper carton machines.  Coats hot or cold sealing bars on heat-sealing equipment.  Prevents waxes, films, adhesives and glues from collecting and jamming high speed equipment.  Keeps waxed paper and plastic film from sticking and tearing.  Eliminates pile-up, browning and ink smear.  Assures a clean package every time.

"LUBE-ALL" may be used on food-processing equipment as a protective anti-rust film as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and as a lubricant for machine parts and equipment in locations in which there is exposure of the lubricated part to food.  The amount used must be the minimum required to accomplish the desired technical effect on the equipment, and the addition to food of the Dimethylopolysiloxane cannot exceed 1 ppm.

Applications
"LUBE-ALL" is an excellent lubricant for food processing and handling equipment such as rails, slides, conveyors, slicing machines, mixers and ovens commonly found in canneries, bakeries, dairies, bottling operations and meat processing plants.
Directions
Thoroughly clean surfaces to be treated.  Use steel wool on metals, and wipe with a good cleaning solvent if necessary.  Clean rubber and plastic surfaces with detergent solution, rinse, and dry thoroughly.  Spray a thin, light silicone film; avoid over spraying.  Remove excess with a clean cloth.  Renew when necessary.
